Information We Collect

Apple Health Data

Fit Trackr+ reads the following data from Apple Health (HealthKit) with your explicit permission:

• Step count
• Active calories burned
• Walking and running distance
• Exercise time
• Heart rate
• Workout sessions

This data is used solely to display your activity and fitness information within the App. We do not write any data to Apple Health.

Locally Stored Data

The App stores the following data on your device:

• Fitness goals you set within the App
• Daily progress snapshots based on your Health data
• Achievement badges you've earned
• Goal history for tracking changes over time
• Onboarding preference (whether you've completed the initial setup)

This data is stored locally using Apple's on-device database and is protected by your device's built-in encryption.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal contact information
• We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs (IDFA), or tracking data
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or any third-party tracking services
• We do not display advertisements
• We do not require account creation or login

How We Use Your Information

All data accessed by the App is used exclusively for:

• Displaying your fitness activity on the App's dashboard
• Tracking progress toward your fitness goals
• Showing achievements and badges
• Powering lock screen and home screen widgets

Data Storage and Security

• All data stays on your device. The App does not transmit, upload, or sync any data to external servers, cloud services, or third parties.
• No network requests. The App does not connect to the internet for any purpose.
• Device encryption. All locally stored data is protected by iOS file protection and your device passcode/biometrics.
• Widget data sharing. The App shares data with its widget extension through a secure on-device App Group container. This data never leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

The App does notintegrate any third-party SDKs, frameworks, or services. It is built entirely with Apple's native technologies (SwiftUI, HealthKit, SwiftData, WidgetKit).

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect personal information from any user.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you have full control:

• View your data: All fitness data is visible within the App
• Delete your data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data
• Revoke Health access: You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Fit Trackr+

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
